Palm Nuts are a nutritious natural food for all African Grey Parrots and are also suitable for other Parrots.

Palm Nuts should be stored frozen, because of the high oil content you can refreeze them on receipt without any effect on taste or quality. Simply remove 1 or 2 at a time to thaw, then rinse before feeding to your bird.
